Valva globosa tribus partibus conglutinata, rotatione tantum nonaginta graduum et momento torquente parvo arcte claudi potest. Cavitas interna valvae, omnino aequalis, canalem fluxus rectum praebet, medio parva resistentia imposita. Praecipua huius valvae structura compacta, facile operanda et conservanda, est. Valva globosa ex chalybe inoxidabili fluxum variorum generum fluidorum, ut aeris, aquae, vaporis, variorum mediorum corrosivorum, luti, olei, metallorum liquidorum, et mediorum radioactivorum, moderari potest. Corpus valvae vel integrale vel coniunctum esse potest. Hoc genus valvae plerumque horizontaliter in fistula collocari debet. Classificatio valvae globosae ex chalybe inoxidabili: valva globosa pneumatica ex chalybe inoxidabili, valva globosa electrica ex chalybe inoxidabili, valva globosa manualis ex chalybe inoxidabili.
